Delivery & Payment Policy
Your order is delivered directly to the address of your choice. You can also purchase your items online and pick them up at our store at #1 Morequito Avenue, Valpark Shopping Plaza, Valsayn.
Your order is processed once it is received before 2:00 PM EST Monday to Saturday, this is processed same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, Sundays or holidays will be processed no later than the next business day pending payment approval.
Business days are Monday to Saturday (excluding official holidays).
Our trusted carriers ensure your orders get to you on time. At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description and its price.
Standard delivery time is 2-3 working days depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.
Payment Options
I Live 4 Glam Fashion Company through it's website facilitates payment via cash on delivery, credit card and debit card in collaboration with Scotia Bank Limited.
Shipping Your Order
All deliveries require a signature upon delivery for your protection. Please ensure that someone authorized is available at the designated delivery address to sign for and receive your package.For security reasons, deliveries are only sent to physical addresses and not to PO Boxes.
On the day your order is shipped you will receive via email or whatsapp confirmation of shipment details.
In the extreme event that your order cannot be delivered, we will contact you within 2 business days to inform you of the reason for delay.
Exceptions to Your Delivery Time Frame
Inclement weather conditions may delay or postpone deliveries. I Live 4 Glam Fashion Company will not be held liable or refund the delivery charge based on an inclement weather delay.
If the delivery of your package is delayed or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of I Live 4 Glam Fashion Company, such as the re-routing of delivery based on mechanical difficulties, I Live 4 Glam Fashion Company will not be liable or refund the shipping charges.
